Welcome to the BGPSA web site!
BGPSA is planning some new events and new initiatives.
BGPSA was founded on Auburn University's campus on February 7, 1994, with the desire to promote an academic and professional organization of young emerging scholars. The mission is to advance the scholarly activity of Black students and to improve the conditions of the social environment.
We are a chapter of the National Black Graduate Student Association (NBGSA) which was founded at Howard University in 1989. On Auburn's campus, we are under the Multicultural Affairs Office with the goal of becoming a prominent organization for the needs of African-American students.
