Alpha Chi Omega Criteria for Membership

Academic Interest: Alpha Chi believes in the importance of intellectual development and urges sound scholarship and superior intellectual achievement.

Character: Alpha Chi expects members to accept and reflect moral integrity and dignity, social awareness, financial responsibility, fraternity loyalty and interest.

Financial Responsibility: Alpha Chi expects each member to be responsible for prompt payment of all dues and fees and other financial commitments.

Leadership: Alpha Chi believes that character, personality, and leadership develop through participation in campus activities and urges each collegian to be interested in her community.

Personal Development: Alpha Chi believes in the development of our members in cultural appreciation and the further development of one's social graces.

Alpha Chi Omega is very excited about this 2007 Formal Recruitment (RUSH). Recommendations are very important to us at Alpha Chi Omega. But if you can't find one, it is our responsibility to get one for you. Below you will find a printable version of a recommendation form that is to be filled out by an Alpha Chi Omega Alumni. We will begin accepting these forms at the start of the summer until the beginning of Recruitment week. Please mail them to:

Alpha Chi Omega would also like to point out the minimum GPA requirement is a 3.15. This is in response to Auburn University also raising the GPA requirement for admission.

Auburn University Panhellenic membership recruitment is open to all enrolled Auburn University women regardless of race, religion, color, age, national origin, disability, or veteran status.
