Graduate Assistante-mail: cch0015@auburn.edu Chris Hall graduated summa cum laude in May 2009 from Troy University with the Bachelor of Music Education degree. During his time at Troy, Chris participated in the Sound of the South Marching Band (Section Leader), Symphony Band, Jazz Ensemble I, Sound of the South Pep Band, Sound of the South Concert Band, Troy University Collegiate Singers, Concert Chorale, and SEDICI. With the Symphony Band, Chris participated in the recording of two CDs by composer Steven Mellilo, A Wish to the World and Whispers on the Wind. Mr. Hall completed his student teaching at Homewood High School and Homewood Middle School with Ron Pence and Chris Cooper. Mr. Hall’s professional associations include Alpha Lambda Delta, Delta Epsilon Iota, Mortar Board, Inc., Music Educator’s National Conference, Phi Mu Alpha Sinfonia, and Phi Kappa Phi. In 2009, Mr. Hall was honored to receive the John M. Long Academic Scholarship Award. Mr. Hall was also the recipient of the Sound of the South Most Outstanding Woodwind Award as well as the Phi Kappa Phi Outstanding Junior Award. Mr. Hall is currently pursing the Master of Music Education degree at Auburn University. |
