James Earl Corleye-mail: jec0003@auburn.edu War Eagle! I am James Earl Corley and will be one of your drum majors for the 2009-2010 season. My hometown is Prattville, Alabama. I am a junior in Cell and Molecular Biology. I am a member of the Honors College and Recording Secretary for Kappa Kappa Psi, National Honorary Fraternity for College Bandmembers. After I graduate from Auburn, I plan to attend medical school. While at Auburn, I have participated in several different musical ensembles including basketball pep band and symphonic band. I marched trumpet for my first two seasons with the AUMB and play horn in the concert-style bands. I have made many great friends and memories with the Auburn University band programs and am looking forward to another great year. I hope all of you are excited especially for pre-game. It is an experience you will never forget. Feel free to e-mail me if you have any questions about the band programs or Auburn in general. |

Stuart Daubenmiree-mail: stu@auburn.edu Hey everyone! My name is Stuart Daubenmire, I am one of your 2009 Drum Majors. I’m from Milford, Ohio (a Cincinnati suburb way up north), home of the Cincinnati Reds, Bengals, and Skyline Chili. I am a brother of Kappa Kappa Psi, an honorary band fraternity whose goal is to serve the Auburn Bands. You’ll see several Kappa Kappa Psi brothers helping with the AUMB, painting dots, making sure everyone has enough water, and much more. This Fall I will be a senior in Aerospace Engineering, set to graduate in May 2010 and begin work somewhere in the Aerospace Industry. I attend the Church of the Highlands in Auburn and am involved in a weekly men’s Bible study. Both of these are essential parts of my life that encourage me to live a life worthy of the gospel of Christ. This Fall with be my fourth with the AUMB and I am more excited than ever. The AUMB continues to improve on its already great standard of excellence and I can’t wait to see what this year has in store! If you ever need anything at all, please don’t hesitate to ask. War Eagle!! |

Daniel Tonere-mail: dwt0002@auburn.edu War Eagle! My name is Daniel Toner and I have the privilege of being one of your 2009 Drum Majors. I hail from Marietta, GA just north of Atlanta. I will be a junior in Architecture this coming fall. This spring I spent the semester out at the Rural Studio (a program through the Architecture Program) designing and building a house for a low income family. I am enrolled in the Honors College and have recently completed the junior honors program and will begin preparation for the senior honors program. I’m from a family of six, so I feel right at home in the AUMB which is just like a giant family. I’m very excited about the coming season and the new members to our program. The AUMB continues to grow and improve every year and I’m sure this year it will expand even more. If you ever have any questions or need anything don’t feel afraid to come to me. I will try to help you and treat you just as I would a sibling. I look forward to meeting you all. War Eagle! |
