The 2009 Auburn Tigers A-Day Spring Scrimmage will be held on April 18, 2009. As usual, the current Auburn University Marching Band will be there to support our team, and we would like to invite any prospective AUMB members to come out and perform with the band as well! Keep reading for more details.
High school students who wish to join the AUMB for a day should email Stuart Daubenmire, one of our 2009-2010 drum majors, at daubesj@auburn.edu. In the email, include:
- Your Name
- Your Instrument
- Instrument Part you are most comfortable playing (if applicable)
- Your Email address
Admission is free for all participating AUMB Members and high school students. We look forward to seeing you there!

Instrument distribution (for 08-09 AUMB Members only)
Band Hall - 12:00 pm
Assemble and warm up (participating HS students should meet at this time with their instruments)
Intersection of Roosevelt Dr. and Donahue Dr. (aka Four Corners Pep Rally location / Bottom of Tiger Walk) - 12:15 pm
Move into stadium
Jordan-Hare Stadium Gate 9 - 12:50 pm
Perform National Anthem
Jordan-Hare Stadium (Lower Section 23) - 1:00 pm
Kick-Off (WAR EAGLE!!!)
Jordan-Hare Stadium - 3:30 pm
Return instruments (for 08-09 AUMB Members)
