For those of you attending this weekend’s Tiger Eyes Audition Clinic, following are details for the event.

All individuals will meet at the Band Hall in Goodwin Music Building at 9am Saturday morning.  Please dress in comfortable dance/athletic wear; it is recommended that you wear the shoes you will wear for tryouts.

There is no cost or sign-up required for the clinic.  You may, however, wish to bring your fee and application for the actual audition.

If possible, participants are asked to provide their own equipment.  Email Ashley Gresko at ashleygresko@auburn.edu if you need any assistance securing equipment.

Tentative Schedule:

Morning

• 9:00 AM – Welcome and Introductions
• 9:15 AM – Basic information about try outs and the Tiger Eyes Auxillary Lines
• 9:30 AM – Question and Answer
• 9:45 AM – Break (separate into individual rooms)
• 9:50 AM – Stretching and Warm Ups
• 10:00 AM – Fundamentals Class I
• 10:45 AM – Break
• 11:00 AM – Fundamentals Class II
• 12:00 PM – Lunch Break

Afternoon: Mock Try-outs

• 1:30 PM – Fundamentals Class III and/or Fundamentals in small groups
• 2:15 PM – Teach brief choreographed routine
• 3:00 PM – Break
• 3:15 PM – Small group performances of routine
• 4:00 PM – Closing Comments and Question and Answer
• 4:30 PM – Dismissal
