Preseason Camp Dates
The starting date for Preseason Camp varies for different sections of the band. Specific check-in times and schedules will be made available as the camp approaches.
- Friday, July 31
Staff report (GTAs, Drum Majors, Librarians) - Wednesday, August 5
AUMB Leadership and Percussion report - Friday, August 7
Tiger Eyes and remaining first-year marchers report - Saturday, August 8
Remaining veteran marchers report - Monday, August 17

On-Campus Housing Move-In Information
The AU Housing Office will be doing check-ins on Thursday, August 6 for Marching Band (including Tiger Eyes) members who will be living on campus. The check-in time is 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM on that date.
You MUST notify the Housing Office that you will be moving in that day by doing the following:
- When you receive your housing assignment, email housing@auburn.edu and state “I am a member of the Marching Band and need to move in on August 6 because I’m attending preseason band camp”;
- Include your proper name, student ID number (902xxxxxx) and Tigermail address.
You must email your request no later than July 20. You will receive specific check-in instructions (where to pick up your key, where to unload, etc.) via your Tigermail (@auburn.edu) address by July 30.
