AGSC: Transferring students should include the following courses in Area IV of the transfer guide.

HIS101 History of World Civilization (3 SH)
HIS102 History of World Civilization II or HIS 121 World History I (3 SH)

In addition to CIS146 (3SH) and MTH265 (3SH) listed in Area V of the AGSC transfer guide, transferring students should select the following science and social science courses:

Two of the following natural science courses (8 SH)
BIO101 Introduction to Biology I (4 SH)

BIO102 Introduction to Biology II (4 SH)

PHY111 Physical Science I (4 SH)

PHY112 Physical Science II (4 SH)

PSY200 General Psychology (3 SH)

ECO231 General Macroeconomics (3 SH)

Recommendations:
Transfer students are strongly encouraged to complete the five-day pre-teaching experience prior to transferring to Auburn. Information regarding pre-teaching is posted on the College website: http://www.auburn.edu.

Transfer students are strongly encouraged to take the Alabama Prospective Teacher Testing Program’s Basic Skills Assessments prior to transferring to Auburn. Registration information is available at www.act.org/alabamaapttp.
