AGSC: Transferring students must take the following courses in addition to 12 hours of English listed on the AGSC transfer guide under Area V.

MCM 120 Introduction to Journalism (3 SH).  
Additional elective from Area II (3 SH).
Elective from any area (1 SH).

Recommendations:
Transfer students are strongly encouraged to complete the five-day pre-teaching experience prior to transferring to Auburn. Information regarding pre-teaching is posted on the College website: http://www.auburn.edu.

Transfer students are strongly encouraged to take the Alabama Prospective Teacher Testing Program’s Basic Skills Assessments prior to transferring to Auburn. Registration information is available at www.act.org/alabamaapttp.
