2009 Convention Information

For the first time, portions of the Convention program will be co-sponsored by the Alabama Head Injury Foundation (AHIF).  In addition to our regular program topics (e.g., issues in autism, developmental disabilities, classroom management strategies, staff management, etc...), issues in brain injury will be covered in both a panel discussion and a 3-hour workshop conducted by Mike Mozzoni, PhD, BCBA, CBIST.  Dr. Mozzoni is the Regional Program Director for Learning Services Neurobehavioral Institute - West and has been working with individuals with brain injuries since 1985.  Visit the Convention page for more convention updates.


2009 Call for Presentations Released

ALABA has officially released its Call for Presentations.  If you are interested in presenting at this year’s convention, please download the Call for Presentations.pdf and complete the Convention Presentation Submission Form.  The deadline for presentations is September 15, 2009.
