901 South College Street
Auburn, AL 36830
Due to limited visitor parking on campus, the Office of Auburn University Recruitment provides the Tiger Transit shuttle service to and from the Jule Collins Smith Museum of Fine Art.
When planning your visit, please allow at least 30 minutes to park and ride to campus.
PARKING AT THE MUSEUM
Please park in the back parking lot of the museum (as shown on map below). A tiger transit bus will pick you up at this location and will drop you off at the Spidle Hall/Mell Street transit stop located across the street from The Quad Center.
GETTING TO THE QUAD CENTER
From Spidle Hall please walk across the street, and follow the Campus Tour signs that take you to the entrance of The Quad Center where you will check-in at the front desk.
RETURNING TO THE MUSEUM
Please return to the Spidle Hall transit bus stop (where you were dropped off) to get back on the Tiger Transit bus to the Museum (the digital banner screen on the front of the bus will read MUSEUM). This is the only bus that runs to the Museum from Auburn University. The Tiger Transit bus route runs continuously (every 15 - 20 minutes), from the Museum bus stop to Spidle Hall/Mell Street bus stop. The Museum bus runs from 7:00 am CST to 5:30 pm CST, Monday through Friday when university classes are in session.
TIGER TRANSIT – BUS SHUTTLE SERVICE INFORMATION
The tiger transit has a GPS location service website that you can track on any smart phone. All of the Tiger Transit buses have GPS devices to show where they are located, at any given time, on their route. If you would like to see where the MUSEUM tiger transit bus is, at the time you arrive, please log onto this website and look for the Museum route (dark grey) on the left-hand side of the page. Double click on the Museum tab to display that route only.
The Tiger Transit tracking website is: http://auburn.transloc.com
