HART NAMED MARSHALL AWARD WINNER IN AU ARMY ROTC

      AUBURN -- Anthony Hart Jr. of North Kingstown, R.I., has won the 
Auburn University Army ROTCÕs George C. Marshall Award.
      The award is presented annually to the most outstanding senior 
Army ROTC cadet.  Hart, who will graduate June 7, has a 3.50 grade point 
average in criminal justice and history.
      Hart, who is attending Auburn on a three-year Army ROTC 
scholarship, will be assigned to Fort Benning, Ga., as an infantry 
officer following his graduation and commissioning at AU.
      While at Auburn, Hart has been named a Distinguished Military 
Student and a member of WhoÕs Who at American Colleges and Universities. 
He also served as ROTC cadet battalion commander.
