AUBURN UNIVERSITY CHOIRS' FALL CHORAL CONCERT SET FOR SUNDAY

AUBURN -- Auburn University's Department of Music will present its annual Fall Choral Concert on Sunday (Nov. 10) at 2:30 p.m. at Lakeview Baptist Church in Auburn.

The concert will feature AU's Concert Choir and men's and women's choruses.

The free concert will feature four selections each by the men's and women's choruses and will conclude with seven songs performed by the Concert Choir, including an original piece, Sing Unto the Lord, written especially for the Concert Choir by Rosephayne Powell of the AU music department faculty.

The men's and women's choruses will be directed by William C. Powell, assistant director of choral activities at AU. The Concert Choir will be directed by AU Director of Choral Activities Thomas R. Smith.

All three groups will be accompanied by pianist Sally Pickens.
