<P>** <B>Ron Barrett</b>, Alumni Professor of aerospace engineering, can speak about smart bombs and the use of uninhabited aerial vehicles (UAVs) -- the Predator is the most well known -- for surveillance and weapon delivery. Barrett has done extensive research and development of uninhabited aerial vehicles at Auburn;

<P>** <B>James R. Barth</b>, Lowder Eminent Scholar in Finance, is well versed on the national economy and can speak on the potential effects of war on oil supply and prices as well as the war economy in general. Barth's professional experience includes time as chief economist at both the Office of Thrift Supervision and the Federal Home Loan Bank Board. He has also been a visiting scholar at the U.S. Congressional budget office and the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency. He has testified on many occasions before both the House Banking Committee and the Senate Banking Committee on various financial institution and deposit insurance issues. <P>** <B>Peter Harzem</b>, AU Hudson Professor of Psychology, can speak to the psychology of Iraqi leader Saddam Hussein. Harzem has done research comparing Hussein to both Adolf Hitler and Joseph Stalin, using political psychology to develop a framework for his comparisons. He presented his comparison of Hussein and Hitler to the International Society of Political Psychology in Germany last fall. Moore spent seven years with the Army as a chemical officer responsible for nuclear, biological and chemical protection of military forces.
