Optional Dining Application All Information and Disclosures Provided Electronically
To apply online for and to retain a Optional Dining Account, you must consent to the electronic delivery of all information and disclosures regarding your Optional Dining Account, including:
- Application disclosures
- Optional Dining Agreement
- Periodic statements
- All other information and required disclosures related to your Optional Dining Account, except for receipts you receive upon using your TigerCard.
You may withdraw your consent to having this information provided to you electronically by notifying the TigerCard Office, either
- By writing to: TigerCard@auburn.edu or TigerCard Office, Student Center, 255 Duncan Drive, Auburn, Alabama 36849-5527
- By calling 1-877-345-2058 or 334/844-4507.
If you withdraw your consent to receive all information and disclosures electronically, your Optional Dining Account will be closed, but you will still have to pay back any amounts then outstanding, plus any applicable late charges. If your e-mail address changes, notify the TigerCard Office as provided above.
To submit your application for a Optional Dining Account and to view and retain an electronic copy of the information we give you in connection with your Optional Dining Account, you must have access to a computer equipped with a browser (and that is capable of displaying this text) and either a printer, drive or other storage device. All of this software and equipment is available to you at any AU OIT computing lab.
If you would like to receive a paper copy of any information we give you in connection with this application or your Optional Dining Account, notify the AU TigerCard Office as provided above. Your Optional Dining Account will be billed a fee of $5.00 for the first paper copy of any information you request and $10.00 for each subsequent paper copy requested.
You must have access to software and equipment that satisfies these requirements and agree to receive all information and disclosures we provide in connection with this application and your Optional Dining Account electronically. The information and disclosures regarding Optional Dining Accounts are only available electronically.
