Biological Use Authorization
Please answer the following questions to determine what forms need to be completed. All forms are in MS Word format.
The Institutional Biosafety Committee meets the first Wednesday of each month. BUAs must be submitted at least one week in advance for approval at the next meeting. PI's are required to attend the committee meeting and present all BL-2 or greater BUAs to the IBC.
Please send a hard copy and an electronic copy of all BUA's to: VP for Research, Office of Compliance, 307 Samford Hall, Biosafety@auburn.edu
