A student has ten (10) working days after commencement in which to provide the Office of the Registrar with an official transcript which shows the completion of the transfer work needed to fulfill degree requirements at Auburn University.

The diploma will not be ordered, nor the degree awarded to the academic record, until the Office of the Registrar receives an official transcript which indicates the transfer work.  If the transfer work is not received by 10 working days after commencement or is not of a satisfactory nature, the student’s name will be removed from the graduation list and the commencement program for the term they attempted to graduate and the student will then need to reapply to graduate at a later semester.
