Graduates need to make sure that all outstanding university obligations are resolved prior to graduation day.  Outstanding obligations involving any function of Auburn University or the Auburn University Medical Clinic that are not resolved will result in a hold being placed on the diploma. 

Your diploma will not be ordered until all holds are cleared.

Graduation Fee

The graduation fee must be paid to the Billing/Receivables Department of Student Financial Services, located in 202 Mary Martin Hall.  The fee is included in the fee bill you receive from the Billing/Receivables Department of Student Financial Services and must be paid by the due date of the bill to avoid late fee charges.
