CATER CENTER FOR ACADEMIC CAREER EXCELLENCE

Students who have previously been advised in Cater will need to plan ahead and call 844-7277 for an appointment or see walk-in times below. If you have never been to Cater Center for advising, and have been referred, come to 113 Cater Hall immediately! You will not walk in and see the Advisor and get your PIN # on your first appointment. This process can take up to 3 weeks; do not wait until the last minute!!

Expanded walk-in times are available for established Cater Students starting Monday, October 11th through Friday, November 12 th. DO NOT WAIT UNTIL THE WEEK YOU NEED TO REGISTER!!!! PLAN TO MEET AT LEAST TWO WEEKS PRIOR TO YOUR TIME TICKET.

Appointments are available every day except for Thursday.

COLLEGE OF AGRICULTURE There will be a registration block on all students.

All majors will be advised the week of October 4 - October 8. Students must contact their faculty advisor to make an appointment for advisement.

COLLEGE OF ARCHITECTURE, DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION No blocks placed requiring advisement.

Advising is on an open door policy in 120 Dudley Hall during the hours of 8:30 am to 11:30 am and 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm.

All College of Business students who are graduating in May of 2011 need to meet with their academic advisor during the month of September to begin required graduation paperwork. All other College of Business students need to meet with their academic advisor at least two weeks prior to their registration time ticket.

SCHOOL OF FORESTRY AND WILDLIFE SCIENCES A registration block will be placed on all Pre-Forestry, Forestry and Wildlife Ecology and Management students.

All students in the School of Forestry and Wildlife Sciences (SFWS) must contact their assigned faculty advisor for an appointment according to the schedule shown below. Each student must complete a plan of study form, have it signed by the advisor and deliver it to the SFWS Student Services Office in Room 2223 of the School of Forestry and Wildlife Sciences Building at 602 Duncan Drive. This is required to clear the registration hold for the next academic term. All CLA students with a Cumulative Auburn GPA below 2.0, UNLA/PLAU students who have completed 65+ hours and all CLA students (regardless of major) with more that 90 hours will have registration blocks that will only be removed after such students have been advised by their CLA Student Services advisor in Tichenor Hall
