Security Services Representative

Day Job:
Through the assistance and cooperation of my fellow campus security team members, I strive to provide safe and expedient transportation services to our Auburn University students by safely driving the Campus Security Shuttle at night. In addition, I strive to educate our students about the safest drop-off and pickup locations for our security shuttles.

Favorite Auburn Experience:

  • Receiving my Auburn BS degree in Agriculture Business and Economics in Dec. 1974.
  • Watching a huge 15" snowfall in Auburn on Feb. 9, 1973, where students were pelting snowballs from the very top of Haley Center.
  • Attending the sensational Auburn 17-16 win over Bama in the "Punt Bama Punt" game in Nov. 1972.
  • Attending Auburn football games for over 50 years.
  • Hearing a big "War Eagle" from a fellow fan in the middle of Acadia National Park near Bar Harbor, Maine.
  • Watching Auburn's eagle "Tiger" fly in the opening ceremonies of the 2002 Winter Olympics. That was awesome.
  • Seeing Auburn defeat Bama in the first Iron Bowl at Jordan-Hare.
  • Watching how God has empowered Auburn's Spiritual Coach, Chette Williams to encourage, lead and motivate Auburn's athletes.
  • Moving my family back to the Auburn community in 2015.

Interests:
Being a faithful husband and father to my family. Teaching and leading youth and children about the transforming power of our Lord Jesus Christ. Serving others with acts of kindness, love and encouragement. Traveling with my family across the country.
