Compliments - We love to know when you think we're doing something well! Please include the date, time, driver name, route name and what the compliment is regarding.
Questions - Got a question? We try to cover everything on our website, but sometimes we do miss something. Send us your question and we're happy to try to answer it!
Complaints - Include the date of the issue, time of the issue, route name, bus number, driver name and details of the issue.
Suggestions - Yes...We do take suggestions! We can't always guarantee a suggestion can be implemented, but we look at each one to see if we can. Please include the route name your suggestion is for in the body of your email.

Lost Items - We maintain the lost and found for items left on Tiger Transit buses and Shuttle Services vehicles only. Email inquiries regarding lost items should include the date and time the item was lost, the bus or van number (or driver’s name), name of the route you were on and a description of the lost item in the body of your email. Please note: All items turned in to our office are held for a period of four weeks and one day. If items are still in our possession after the holding period has elapsed, they will be considered abandoned property and disposed of at our discretion.
Lost Items (Night Security Shuttle) - The AU Department of Public Safety and Security maintains the lost and found for items left on the Night Security Shuttle.
