Robin Taylor joined Auburn University in May 2004 and joined the office in August 2006. As the Analyst for the Office of Diversity and Multicultural Affairs, her responsibilities include providing quantitative and qualitative data related to programs and training within the Office of Diversity and Multicultural Affairs; assisting in developing and utilizing data-gathering tools such as surveys and questionnaires needed to collect diversity data for analysis; assisting in developing and implementing diversity programs; developing and maintaining systems to measure, track, and report on diversity initiatives; analyzing data, trends, and impacts of diversity initiatives and programs, and identifying risks, opportunities and barriers to their success; and providing reports and feedback on progress, milestones, success and opportunities for improvements of diversity programs and initiatives to others including top university officials and university commissions. Robin holds a Bacherlor's of Science degree in Mathematics from Mississippi State University and a Master of Science degree in Business Statistics from the University of Tennessee.
