The mission of the Employee Relations program is to support programs and services that either improve or maintain the quality of work life for Auburn University employees. The Employee Relations programs comprise the employee recognition program, employee assistance program, job relations counseling, conflict resolution and avoidance, policy interpretation and grievance processing for staff employees.
