Q - Why don't the hyperlinks in the PM form work?

A - To use the two hyperlinks you must tell MS Word to enable macros. 

 

If you’re using MS Word 2003 or later, your Macro Security Level is probably set at Medium; if so, when you open the PM form you should see the following window:

 

 

If so, please click the Enable Macros button.

 

On the other hand, if you’re using MS Word 2002 (or if you’ve changed your security settings in Word), your Macro Security Level may set at High (or Very High).  If this is the case, MS Word will not give you the opportunity to Enable Macros.  And so your hyperlinks won’t work.

 

Here’s what you can do:

 

Either change your Macro Security Level in MS Word to Medium

In MS Word, click on Tools/Options/Security; then click on the Macro Security button, and click Medium/Ok/Ok.

 

or navigate to the two documents another way…
