The Classification and Compensation Project is being conducted by Auburn University Human Resources and Hewitt Associates, an outside human resources consulting firm.
This site is designed to provide news and updates, answers to frequently asked questions
and project details.
The Project impacts all employees (except tenure track faculty). It is a classification, compensation, and performance management initiative aimed at helping Auburn employees understand their job responsibilities and performance expectations more clearly. A goal of the Classification and Compensation Project is to make sure compensation decisions are made consistently, in relation to the job and to individual performance on the job.
