Nominations for three positions on the Rules Committee with terms beginning in 2020/21.

Pending Action Item: Climate Change, We Are Still In Resolution, Mike Kensler, Director of Office of Sustainability.
Presentation on the We Are Still In Climate Change Resolution and a request for a vote from the Senate supporting President Gogue signing the pledge for Auburn University.

Information Item: AU’s New International Agreements Policy, Andy Gillespie, Assistant Provost for International Programs
Presentation on International Agreements Policy focusing on generation of agreements, security screening and approval of agreements, and archiving/availability of agreements.

Information Item: LGBTQ+ Initiatives at Auburn, Antonio Duran , Karley Riffe: Assistant Professors in the higher education program and members of Critical Studies Working Group, Austin Blanton, a student leader: LGBTQ+ Initiatives at Auburn.
Presentation on Auburn’s climate for members of the LGBTQ+ community and information on upcoming initiatives and workshops designed to improve Auburn’s reputation as an unfriendly campus.
