Work Management

Work Management is responsible for providing customers with a direct link to maintenance and construction needs provided by Facilities. Work orders for the Facilities' shops are generated based on customer requests received through the HELP line (4-4357) or the Internet (web based Work Request Form). After normal working hours and on weekends, assistance to customers is provided through an answering service. The answering service will promptly communicate the nature of the caller's problem to the appropriate personnel using our after hours call-in manual. The goal of Work Management is to provide prompt and courteous service for the students, faculty and staff.

  • Handle emergency calls
  • Initiate work requests
  • Notification of utility outages
  • Notification of road closures
