Service Support offers Equipment Rental and Setups for the campus community. Items such as folding chairs, folding tables, risers, and podiums are available for Homecoming, Registration, Concerts, Graduations and other university sponsored events.

Service Support will rent stages to student organizations, and perform all the necessary work to set up, secure and breakdown stages during the hours of 7:30am - 4:00pm Monday through Friday (except Auburn University approved holidays.)
Student organizations with events after 4:00pm on a weekday, weekend, or holiday; may request Service Support to deliver and set up stages before the end of the 4:00pm work shift (or on a Friday if the event is held during the weekend). Stages will be available to the student organizations for the evening/weekend. Service Support will break down the stages the morning of the next available work day.
If Event Planners give at least two weeks (10 working days) notice prior events occurring after 4:00pm, on weekends, and on holidays, then Service Support could be available to provide setups. If Service Support is unable to provide the necessary voluntary overtime workers, we will notify the customer at least one week (7 working days) prior to the event so that other arrangements can be made.
All requests for stage renting and set ups must be coordinated through the Work Management Office (844-HELP).
Only employees of Auburn University, that have been adequately trained, will be allowed to set up or break down stages. Auburn University students or non-employees are never allowed to set up or break down stages.
