Sign Shop

The Sign Shop makes and installs interior and exterior signage according to Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) standards and requirements across campus. They paint and repaint traffic lines and make and install traffic and directional signs on campus roadways. The primary function of the Sign Shop is to provide the necessary signage and directional information to ensure a safe and functional environment for the students, faculty and staff.

Some of the common functions and services provided by the Sign Shop are:

• Engraving of plastic and brass signs ensuring that they meet ADA specifications
  
  
• Repair and replacement of interior and exterior signage resulting from vandalism
  
  
• Make and install traffic post and signs
  
  
• Repaint traffic lines and curbs and stencil road and parking lot markings
  
  
• Install building name signs on building exteriors
  
  
• Create and install directional signs for scheduled events
