Heavy Construction

Heavy Construction provides daily maintenance repair and replacement of university owned streets, sidewalks and buildings on campus. Heavy Construction operates and provides heavy equipment service and performs demolition work as needed. The primary function of Heavy Construction is to provide and maintain a safe environment for the students, faculty and staff.

Common functions and services provided by Heavy Construction are:

• Repair and replace sidewalks and repair streets
  
  
• Repair and install brick, block, and ceramic tile structures as needed
  
  
• Repair interior plaster
  
  
• Demolition of old structures as needed
  
  
• Heavy equipment service as needed
