Financial Services

The Facilities Financial Services Department consists of an Accounting section and an Information Technology section. We provide financial and information technology support for the Facilities Management. We also provide support to our numerous non-Facilities clients through tracking of project costs, transfers of funding, etc. Our department oversees the operating budget of approximately $40 million, plus some $600 million in construction costs at any given time. We take pride in being highly responsive to both our internal and external customers/clients. Some functions of the Financial Services Department include:
