Maintenance & Operations Project Coordinator performs computer input and implementation, and data and program management including website design and layout. Performs inspections of new construction and renovations.
Some of the common functions and services provided the M&O Project Coordinator are:
- Inspects new building construction and renovations
- Inputs and manages database records
- Create and maintain Preventative Maintenance Work Orders
- Coordinates the creation and design of departmental website
- Develop reports and handle special projects for General Construction
- Maintains departmental safety records
