The Facilities and Contract Services organization manages outsourced services for the University. Contractors are responsible for the removal of all non-hazardous solid waste from campus for disposal at a local land fill or recycling center, pest management integration and daily routine cleaning of office and classroom buildings. The primary function of Facilities and Contract Services is to provide a safe, healthy and clean environment for students, faculty and staff.

Departments under Facilities & Contract Services include:

Classroom Building Management coordinates and oversees the daily operations of the assigned classroom buildings to ensure the buildings and surrounding areas are maintained and operated at a high level.
Mail Services is responsible for handling all mail associated with University business.

Services provided by Facilities & Contract Services include:

Provide temporary solid waste disposal containers (dumpsters, rolloffs, rollcarts, etc.)
Cardboard recycling
Confidential record/document destruction
Recycle trailer for mixed office paper
Integrated pest management for selected buildings

Emergency clean-up response (spills, flood, etc.)
University business mail handling
