Classroom Building Management The Classroom Building Managers coordinate and oversee the daily operations of the assigned classroom buildings to ensure the buildings and surrounding areas are maintained and operated at a high level. The key function of the Classroom Building Managers is to provide the best possible learning, teaching and research environment for the students, faculty and staff.

Listed below are some of the common functions and services provided by the Classroom Building Managers:

Act as a single point of contact that all building occupants may address emergencies and general concerns
Serve as safety coordinator
Maintain a reservation system for public use areas of campus buildings
Maintain key control for all areas of campus buildings
Inspect campus building on a regular basis ensuring safety and appearance issues are adequately addressed
Submit work orders for repairs and replacements as required
Assist occupants with planned renovations
