Outsourced Contract Custodial ServicesThe Outsourced Custodial Services Contractor primary function is to provide a safe, clean and healthy environment for students, faculty and staff of the University. We provide interior cleaning services from 5:00 a.m. - 1.30 p.m. and 11:00 p.m. - 7:30 a.m. in the academic, classroom and laboratory buildings. We also provide 24 hours, seven days a week emergency call in service.

Some of the common functions and services provided by the Outsourced Custodial Services Contractor include:

  • Clean and disinfect all restrooms

  • Sweep and mop all offices, classrooms and laboratories

  • Clean and dust all furniture

  • Empty trash

  • Scrub, strip and wax tile floors

  • Vacuum, shampoo and extract carpets
