Auburn University Facilities Management announces revisions to the Employee Recognition Program for all of its employees effective September 2013. This program will be used in conjunction with the Spirit of Excellence award but will only recognize Facilities’ employees. The program recognizes excellence in the areas of team work, safety, cost reduction, customer service, support and leadership excellence, technical-professional skill and craftsmanship. It is the hope of this Committee that stellar performances will be recognized and rewarded. For more information, employees should talk with their supervisors about this new program.
