Employee Recognition Program

Auburn University Facilities Management announces a new Employee Recognition Program for all of its employees effective June 1, 2010.  This program will be used in conjunction with the Spirit of Excellence award but will only recognize Facilities’ employees.  The program includes the AVP Outstanding Performers Recognition, Employee of the Year and the Tiger Ticket which recognizes excellence in the areas of team work, safety, cost reduction, customer service, support and leadership excellence, technical-professional skill and craftsmanship.  While there are many whose performances have gone unrecognized and unrewarded, it is the hope of this Committee that stellar performances will be recognized and rewarded.  For more information, employees should talk with their supervisors about this new program.
