All faculty and staff on Auburn and Montgomery campuses are invited to participate in the annual United Way Fund Drive. The necessary pledge cards are distributed each fall by the United Way local representatives. These cards should be returned to the local representatives who will forward them to Payroll and Employee Benefits for payroll deduction. Bookstore Discounts

All salary payments are made by direct deposit. To enter or update your information electronically, follow the directions on the Direct Deposit page. Travel Assistance (Domestic and International) Standard Insurance, our provider for Group Life Insurance and Optional Voluntary Life and Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D), also provides Travel Assistance to all employees who are covered by the Group Life Insurance. If you, or any member of your immediate family (including children up to age 26), are travelling more than 100 miles from home, including internationally, then FrontierMEDEX can help you with any problems you may encounter. Long term care insurance is provided by The Prudential Insurance Company of America. It is possible for you to purchase this portable coverage at group rates. You may also extend coverage to qualified family members, such as a spouse, parent, or grandparent.
