Deadlines
In order to receive consideration for need based scholarships, your FAFSA must be received by AU no later than March 1st. In order to receive maximum consideration for federal aid, your FAFSA must be received by AU no later than April 1. All documents required to process your aid must be completed and received by our office no later than April 1 in order to meet the priority deadline. Applications received after April 1 will be processed on a first come, first served basis if funds are still available. Several funds including Federal Perkins Loans, Federal Work Study, and Federal SEOG Grants are extremely limited and generally not available after the initial awards are offered in April.
