Ride-Share Travel Program
INSTRUCTIONS
- Contact the Air Transportation Department (ATD) at 844-4216/4117 for Proxy access to the flight schedule.
- Proxy access will be limited to Department Heads and higher or their designated representatives. The purpose is to limit access to the flight schedule to only those personnel who have authority to schedule university aircraft.
- Once proxy has been granted, go to GroupWise and access the Air Transportation Department Ride-Share Flight Schedule for scheduled flights of interest.
- To reserve a seat on a scheduled flight, contact ATD for seating availability and times. Advise the scheduler of any ground transportation or lodging requirements you would like coordinated.
- If there are no flights to a specific destination on a required travel day, you can schedule an airplane and ask that it be placed on the Ride-Share flight schedule for possible cost savings if shared by another department.
