How to Arrange Your Flight
Call 844-4216 between 7:45 a.m. and 4:45 p.m. to schedule your flight with Air Transportation. A member of our staff will be happy to answer your questions and book your flight. Arrangements should be made as far in advance as possible to adjust aircraft and flight crew schedules.
When scheduling a trip, you will need to provide the following information:
- Destination
- Date of Proposed Flight
- Time of Departure/Return
- List of Passengers/Weight
- Department Name
- Your Name/Phone Number
- Contact Person After Hours
EMERGENCY FLIGHTS
Every effort will be made to accommodate you in the event of a travel emergency. In most cases, emergency response is less than two hours.
