Who can apply: Completed and in-progress research and creative works from all disciplines are eligible for presentation. Students are encouraged to submit abstracts of completed projects, presentations of initial results, research-project designs, field experiences, etc.
When to come: All participating students are expected to attend the reception October 17 and the Forum, October 18 beginning at 1 pm. University-approved excuses will be provided as needed.
The presentation:
Posters should be displayed beginning 12 noon, 10/18/2004. Posters may not be more than 3.5 feet tall X 3 feet wide. Posters must be delivered to the Alumni Center between 10 and 11 am, Monday, 18th October. Oral presentations may be by 35 mm slide, Powerpoint , or overhead projector. Video support is available for no charge but must be indicated at least one week in advance, and must be via VHS video tape. Send application to Dr. Leanne Lamke, and a copy to Dr. Moss.
4. Application Deadline is September 24, 2004. Once we have your application we will notify you by email of your acceptance of your abstract. Due to time restrictions we must limit the number of oral presentations. You will receive a notification of acceptance of your abstract and presentation format. Notifications will be sent out October 1, 2004. Please call us if you have any questions.
