Any active (dues paying) full member may nominate an individual for membership or promotion from associate to full membership. Individuals (including students) who meet the qualifications for associate or full membership and do not know an active full member to nominate them, can fill out the online nomination form to be considered for membership by the National Committee on Qualifications and Membership.

For nominations to be considered by a local chapter, you need to use either the MS Word or PDF version of the nomination form and send it to the secretary.
