Duties:

• Set up and preside over officer and general meetings
  
• See that the officers discharge their duties impartially, accurately, and promptly
  
• Direct all activities of the chapter
  
• Always assume final responsibility for all tasks
  
• Meet with Phi Eta Sigma advisor on a regular basis
  
• Enforce strict observance of the Laws of the chapter
  
• Initiate new members and honorary members

• Coordinate scholarship points
  
• Work closely with the President and assist whenever necessary

• Publicize all meetings and Phi Eta Sigma Events
  
• Reside over PR committees
• Compile the PES newsletter

• Photograph projects and social programs
  
• Make sure all members know of meetings and activities

• Organize and Coordinate Service Activites

• Design and Maintain the Phi Eta Sigma Website
  

Duties:

• Maintain group continuity
  
• Guide members by explaining past procedures
  
• Provide list of potential members
  
• Certify applicants for membership
  
• Advise officers and members
  
• Assure compliance with University regulations and Phi Eta Sigma charter
