Long Term Goals: Visit every state, visit every continent, and finish my Ph.D. in Educational Psychology

Best Advice: Take charge of every aspect of your college experience. It’s all yours and, ultimately, you are the only one who can make it work. That means study hard, know the rules, talk to your professors (and me), meet people who enjoy the same things you do, eat well, sleep and get some exercise, and HAVE FUN! 

Krysta Diehl

Hometown: Plant City, Florida

Major: B.A. Education, University of South Florida; M.S. Counseling, Columbus State University

Favorite Food: Spanish food because I grew up close to Ybor City in Tampa. I also love Italian cooking; occasionally, a really good cheeseburger, and chocolate.

Family: Husband, John.  We have three grown sons and two grandchildren.  My stepson is a graduate of the University of Florida and my sons are both AU grads.

Interests: Reading good books, spending time with family, the beach, walking, going to the gym.

Favorite TV show: I am really hooked on Grey's Anatomy.

Best Advice: Take advantage of all Auburn has to offer. Don't be afraid to get outside your comfort zone. This is a unique time in your life to explore your interests and make new friends.
