Research Interests: Will is broadly interested in marine biology and symbiosis. His current research uses molecular biology to study the evolutionary relationships among different siboglinid annelids and their endosymbiotic bacteria. Along with this, he is particularly interested in the evolutionary radiation of the major lineages of siboglinids, as well as the genes and pathways involved in maintaining the symbiosis.
