Dean's Research Awards 2007

 

The Dean's Research Awards are presented annually to one faculty member, three graduate students, and one undergraduate student. The recipients are determined from nominations in biological sciences, mathematics, discrete and statistical sciences, and physical sciences. Honorees are recognized at the awards lecture in the spring, and are presented a plaque and honorarium.

Also recognized are the undergraduate research fellowship recipients.  These students are each awarded $4,400 for a year-long fellowship to work 20 hours a week on a research project with a COSAM faculty member.
