EarthFest 2006The Donald E. Arboretum continued an Auburn tradition with a musical celebration of Earth Day on Saturday, April 22 from 10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. Visitors enjoyed educational displays, food, fellowship, and dozens of native plants in bloom, all set to the tune of free live music including Bluegrass, Reggae, Metal, African Drumming, and exciting innovators from the jamband scene. Participants were asked to bring a rock, stone or boulder for new plantings and construction projects like the stonework on the new pier.
