RESEARCH INTERESTS: My interests are in the field of population ecology and my research focuses on the dynamics of threatened and endangered species of amphibians and reptiles in the southeastern US. I also have active research in the fields of population ecology, community organization, and biogeography of neotropical amphibians and reptiles. Auburn is a member of the Organization for Tropical Studies (OTS) and, therefore, our graduate students are eligible for the field course in tropical biology offered by OTS. I try to encourage all of my students to take advantage of this exceptional educational opportunity. |
