STA-21 Application Procedures

• Fill both the Application and Additional Info page out.
• The most expeditions way to submit an application to Auburn University as a STA-21 candidate as follows

               Print out a hard copy of the University application

               Fill it out and mail it to the address below

               In the same envelope include you application Fee, all official College and High School transcripts and ACT/SAT scores

• You can send the application to the STA-21 Advisor electronically or fax(334-844-3428, Attn STA-21 Advisor) it if you are paying the application fee with a credit card.)
• Otherwise send application and checks to:

     Commanding Officer

     Naval ROTC Unit

     W. F. Nichols Center

     Auburn University

     Auburn, AL 36849-5512

• Send college transcripts and ACT/SAT scores to us as well.
• Complete a Degree Completion Plan (DCP) by reviewing the AU Bulletin.
• Maintain a copy of your DCP for your on records.
• Submit your DCP to NSI and forward a copy via email to STA-21 Advisor.
• If you have question call STA-21 Advisor at 1-334-844-3440
