Leader's Training Course (LTC) Scholarship and Benefits Qualifications for LTC
4-week training and leadership development program which qualifies you to enter the Army Reserve Officers' Training Corp (ROTC)


All qualified applicants attending LTC will earn the opportunity for an Army ROTC two year scholarship



U.S. citizen
Between ages of 17 and 27
Enrolled in college full-time in pursuit of a baccalaureate or advanced degree and have at least two years remaining in school

Conducted in the months June and July, it is held at Fort knox, KY

Scholarships are for 2 years, pay full tuition and up to $900/yr for books

Cumulative GPA of at least 2.5 on a 4.0 scale
No civil convictions
No more than 3 Dependants

Not Basic Training, it is basic soldiering skills taught in a physically and mentally challenging environment


Cadets receive a tax-free stipend of $450/month as juniors and $500/month as seniors during the school year (10 months)

Good moral character
Willing to sign a conditional contract


Main focus is to give you an opportunity to learn and practice leadership skills

While at Ft. Knox, KY, you will receive $680 for the completion of camp, 3 meals a day, free lodging, and travel to and from Ft. Knox
